One Pan Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo 

Ingredients:

Unsalted  butter3 tablespoons, divided
Large shrimp16 ounces, peeled and deveined
Garlic2 cloves, minced
Chicken broth2 cups
Milk1 cup
Fettuccine noodles8 ounces, dry
Parmesan cheese1 cup, grated
Heavy cream1/2 cup
Pepper1/4 teaspoon
NutmegPinch
ParsleyFor garnish

Instructions:

Cook Shrimp

  1. In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare Alfredo Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and milk, then add dry fettuccine noodles to the skillet.
  4. Simmer Noodles
  5. Bring the liquid to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are cooked and the liquid has reduced, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Add Cheese and Cream
  7. Once the noodles are cooked, stir in grated parmesan cheese, heavy cream, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.
  8. Return Shrimp to Skillet
  9. Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and toss everything together until the shrimp is heated through and the sauce is creamy.
  10. Garnish and Serve
  11. Garnish the One Pan Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo with chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
  12. Serve hot and enjoy the irresistible flavors of this creamy pasta dish
