Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup heavy cream, divided
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 box Simply Delish Banana Flavor Instant Pudding
  • ΒΌ cup low carb mini chocolate chips (approx 30g)
    • 2-3 fresh strawberries, diced
  • 2 tbs chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer bowl, add the cream cheese and half a cup of the heavy cream, then beat until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add in the water and remaining cream, then beat again to combine.
  3. Sprinkle the Banana Pudding mix into the mixer bowl, and beat again until the mixture starts to thicken, about 1-2 minutes. 
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips, then transfer the fluff to a serving bowl.
  5. Garnish with the strawberries and nuts.
