Low Carb Cream Cheese Crepes Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing the pan

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, eggs, almond flour, coconut flour, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until smooth and thoroughly combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan and swirl it around to evenly coat the bottom. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to brown and the crepe is set.
  4. Carefully flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  5. Remove the crepes from the pan and set aside. You can stack them on a plate as they cook.
