Instructions:

- Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan and swirl it around to evenly coat the bottom. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to brown and the crepe is set.
- Carefully flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Remove the crepes from the pan and set aside. You can stack them on a plate as they cook.
