35-Minute Peppers Pizza recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers (assorted colors)
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pre-made pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Brush the olive oil evenly over the surface of the dough to prevent it from getting soggy.
  5. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  7. Arrange the sliced bell peppers, red onions, black olives, mushrooms, and pepperoni (if using) on top of the cheese.
  8. Season the toppings with dried oregano, salt, and pepper according to your taste.
  9. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  11. Slice the pizza into desired portions and serve hot.
