“I’ve made this dozens of times and the family cannot get enough!”

Ingredients:

Salt½ teaspoon
Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 cup (4 oz)
Original Bisquick™️ Mix½ cup
Milk1 cup

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling (10 minutes):
    • Preheat the Oven: Turn on your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Cook the Beef and Onion: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion together until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
    • Drain the Fat: Drain any excess fat from the skillet using a colander or paper towels.
    • Season and Spread: Stir in the salt, then spread the cooked beef mixture evenly in an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Add Cheese (1 minute):
    • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the ground beef mixture in the pie plate.
  3. Make the Bisquick™️ Mixture (2 minutes):
    • In a medium bowl, whisk together the Bisquick™️ mix, milk, and eggs until you have a well-combined batter.
  4. Pour and Bake (25-30 minutes):
    • Pour the Bisquick™️ batter evenly over the beef and cheese in the pie plate.
    • Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool and Serve (10 minutes):
    • Let the Pizza Burger Pie cool for about 5 minutes before slicing it into wedges.
    • Serve the pie warm and enjoy this delicious fusion of pizza and burger flavors
