Ingredients

  • ▢4 ounces Unsalted Butter softened
  • ▢1 ounce Cream Cheese softened
  • ▢3 tablespoons Coconut Oil melted
  • ▢½ cup Almond Flour
  • ▢⅓ cup Swerve confectioners
  • ▢¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ▢1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • ▢⅓ cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add the butter, cream cheese, and coconut oil. Beat with your hand mixer until smooth and well combined.
  • Add the almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, and vanilla essence. Beat together until mixed well.
  • Add the chocolate chips and stir through.
  • Chill the mixture for 1 hour, or until firm.
  • Using a small cookie scoop to make tablespoon-sized balls and place onto a lined cookie sheet. You can leave the balls like this or roll by hand into rounded shapes.
  • Chill the balls for another 30 minutes before storing in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
  • Enjoy cold!
