Ingredients
- ▢4 ounces Unsalted Butter softened
- ▢1 ounce Cream Cheese softened
- ▢3 tablespoons Coconut Oil melted
- ▢½ cup Almond Flour
- ▢⅓ cup Swerve confectioners
- ▢¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ▢1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- ▢⅓ cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the butter, cream cheese, and coconut oil. Beat with your hand mixer until smooth and well combined.
- Add the almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, and vanilla essence. Beat together until mixed well.
- Add the chocolate chips and stir through.
- Chill the mixture for 1 hour, or until firm.
- Using a small cookie scoop to make tablespoon-sized balls and place onto a lined cookie sheet. You can leave the balls like this or roll by hand into rounded shapes.
- Chill the balls for another 30 minutes before storing in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
- Enjoy cold!
