Ingredients:

For the brownie:

1/3 cup almond flour

1/4 cup of coconut flour

3 tablespoons of monk’s fruit

¼ cup sweet cocoa powder

1 tablespoon mct powder

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon of salt

3 tablespoons of coconut oil

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2 eggs ½ cup of water

 For the cheese cake:

1/2 cup cream cheese

1 tablespoon of butter

2 tablespoons sweetener with fruits of monk

1 egg

½ teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8×8 baking dish with coconut oil and set aside.

For brownies, in a large bowl, combine the ingredients, mix well. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and continue beating until everything is well mixed.

Put aside. In a small bowl, beat all ingredients to form a layer of cheese cake. Pour half of the mixture into a greased dish and spread the mixture over the cheese cake.

Place the remaining brownie mixture with a spoon over the cheese cake Bake for 30 to 35 minutes .
