  • ▢1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • ▢¼ cup buttermilk
  • ▢1 egg
  • ▢2 tablespoon butter
  • ▢1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ▢½ teaspoon salt
  • ▢1 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Combine all biscuit ingredients together (except the mozzarella). Mix until smooth, then gently fold in the mozzarella.
