Ingredients

  • 4 C. Pecan halves
  • 1 Egg white
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 C. Swerve brown sugar substitute
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250
  2. Place the egg white and the vanilla into a mixing bowl, and beat until a foam begins to form on the surface of the liquid.
  3. Mix the Swerve sugar substitute with the cinnamon in a small bowl, and set aside.
  4. Toss the pecan halves well in the egg white mixture until they are thoroughly coated.
  5. Add the sugar mixture to the mixing bowl with the pecans, and toss to coat.
  6. Place the coated pecans in a single layer on a very well-greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes
