Ingredients
- 4 C. Pecan halves
- 1 Egg white
- 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1/2 C. Swerve brown sugar substitute
- 1 1/2 tsp. Ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250
- Place the egg white and the vanilla into a mixing bowl, and beat until a foam begins to form on the surface of the liquid.
- Mix the Swerve sugar substitute with the cinnamon in a small bowl, and set aside.
- Toss the pecan halves well in the egg white mixture until they are thoroughly coated.
- Add the sugar mixture to the mixing bowl with the pecans, and toss to coat.
- Place the coated pecans in a single layer on a very well-greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes
