Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 cup keto sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and grease your doughnut pan.
- In a bowl, whisk almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, almond milk, butter, and vanilla.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
- Spoon batter into the pan, filling ¾ full.
- Bake 18–22 minutes, until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to rack to cool completely.
- Glaze if desired, and enjoy!
