Ingredients  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F and grease your doughnut pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat eggs, almond milk, butter, and vanilla.
  • Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Spoon batter into the pan, filling ¾ full.
  • Bake 18–22 minutes, until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to rack to cool completely.
  • Glaze if desired, and enjoy!
