INGREDIENTS  

  • ½ loaf Ketonia Baking mix bread slice in half
  • 2 tbs butter softened
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Italian herb mixture
  • ¼ cup Rao’s tomato sauce
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • 3 or 4 Basil leaves torn into small pieces.

NSTRUCTIONS 

  • Spread butter over both halves of the bread, Spread garlic, sprinkle with salt, and herbs.

Broil till golden brown

  • Watch carefully so it doesn’t burn!
  • Spread toasted bread with sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella, and sprinkle basil over top.
