Keto Pepperoni Pizza Casserole Recipe


  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • Fresh basil, for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together almond flour, parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) baking dish.
  4. Spread marinara sauce over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Arrange pepperoni slices on top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
