  • sp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (may need up to 1/3 cup)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions:

Make Oat Flour:
Add oats to a blender and blend until a fine flour consistency is achieved.

Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a bowl, combine oat flour, vanilla protein powder, sweetener, baking soda, and salt.

Add Milk Gradually:
Add milk a splash at a time, stirring after each addition, until a thick cookie dough forms. You’ll likely need 1/4–1/3 cup depending on your protein powder.

Add Chocolate Chips:
