Sometimes you just don’t have the energy to make a fancy, healthy dinner- that’s why I made this Loaded Italian Wrap! This meal can be made keto, low carb and gluten free, meaning it’s perfect for everyone at your table. Spicy salami, black forest ham, herby pepperoni and smoky provolone are all combined in your favorite tortilla to create this super easy, very quick meal! This tastes just a couple of minutes to bring together and is a great kid-friendly recipe!
I love this Loaded Italian Wrap for keto meal prep- you can prepare several of these wraps over the weekend and store in meal prep containers so all you need to do is grab and go in the morning. This way you know you’re going to stay on track with your goals during the week- this wrap is incredibly delicious, so you’re not going to want anything else for lunch!

How do I make this ham wrap?
You won’t believe how easy it is to make this Italian Wrap! Just layer your cheese, ham, salami, pepperoni, lettuce, peppers and Italian seasoning in your tortilla. Wrap tightly and slice. I prefer to secure my wraps in wax paper, or you could also secure with a toothpick.
How to store Ham and Cheese Wraps
To store these wraps, just keep in an airtight container in the fridge. These wraps will stay fresh for up to five days. To keep my wraps together, I like to put a toothpick through mine or wrap in wax paper.
Is this recipe good for keto meal prep?
This is a great recipe for meal prepping! You can easily prepare these Italian Wraps ahead of time and store in the fridge.
