Meatball Patty RECIPE:
In a large mixing bowl combine: 1 pound ground beef1 pound ground Johnsonville Mild or hot Italian sausage1/2 tsp garlic powder2 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1/4 cup parmesan cheese2 eggs2 tbsp heavy whipping cream1/2 cup chopped parsley Make 6 flat patties ( like hamburger patties) with the meat mixture. Cook in skillet or fry pan. Arrange cooked meat patties in a baking dish. Add some manicotti mixture on top and pasta sauce then add shredded mozzarella. Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
