No oven, no flour, quick dessert in 10 minutes! incredibly delicious

Sugar140 g
Cornstarch90 g
Vanilla essence1 tsp
Sweet cream200 ml
Milk1 liter
Dark chocolate150 g
Additional chocolate for garnishas needed

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base
    • Pour milk over the biscuits and place them in molds.
  2. Make the Filling
    • Whisk together sugar and egg yolk.
    • Add cornstarch and vanilla essence to the mixture.
    • Stir in milk and sweet cream until smooth.
    • Cook the mixture until thickened, stirring regularly.
  3. Assemble and Chill
    • Melt the dark chocolate while stirring continuously.
    • Once the biscuit base has cooled, pour the filling over it.
    • Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
  4. Final Touch
    • Sprinkle grated chocolate over the dessert before serving
