Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup Or Rice Malt Syrup
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Pulse the fruit BRIEFLY in a food processor (or mash with a fork) until a chunky texture. Don’t over mix or the jam will be too runny.
  • Stir in the chia seeds and maple syrup
  • Transfer to a clean jam jar and leave to set for a couple of hours at room temperature
