Ingredients:
- 16 oz broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 16 oz cubed ham
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- If using fresh broccoli, steam it in a pot of boiling water for about 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. If using frozen broccoli, thaw it and drain well. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces if needed.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Add the ham and half of the cheese and stir to combine.
- Spread the broccoli evenly over the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pour the ham and cheese mixture over the broccoli and spread gently to cover.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Enjoy with a green salad or your favorite keto side dish.
