Free Keto Meal Plan : KETO DIET PLAN FOR BEGINNERS STEP BY STEP GUIDE

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 16 oz cubed ham
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. If using fresh broccoli, steam it in a pot of boiling water for about 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. If using frozen broccoli, thaw it and drain well. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces if needed.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the ham and half of the cheese and stir to combine.
  5. Spread the broccoli evenly over the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pour the ham and cheese mixture over the broccoli and spread gently to cover.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Enjoy with a green salad or your favorite keto side dish.
