Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup erythritol (or other keto-friendly sweetener)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
