Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup erythritol (or other keto-friendly sweetener)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until smooth.
