Swiss Chicken Bake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Top each chicken breast with a slice of Swiss cheese.
  5. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, and thyme.
  6. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken breasts.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot.
