Swiss Chicken Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Place chicken breasts in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top each chicken breast with a slice of Swiss cheese.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, and thyme.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot.
