Keto Greek chicken

Keto Greek chicken is very simple and easy recipe to make and it was really amazing recipe

Ingredients:

Boneless skinless chicken breasts (half a family pack)

One pack of cream cheese

Chicken broth (2 cups)

Sun dried tomatoes (half a small jar)

Artichoke hearts (half a jar)

Kalamata olives (dozen)

Spinach (2-4 cups)

Add any herbs and spices that you like.

Directions:

1.sear chicken on both sides for 5 mins, set aside in baking pan.

2.Put cream cheese in the saucepan, add spinach and chicken broth until it cooks down

3.Then throw in the remaining ingredients until it’s simmered for a couple mins.

4. Then pour in baking pan and bake at 350F for 45 mins

These are all estimates as I didn’t really measure but it’s a very simple recipe.

5. I doubled it and we had leftovers for days, my kids ate it on rice.

6. I put it on low carb tortillas.

7. Very simple, cheap and versatile.
