Keto pancakes

  • I got bored of having bullet proof coffee for breakfast, so I decided to make Keto pancakes. These are a game changer and so easy to make!
  • These keto pancakes take less than 5 minutes to make and are like the real deal.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup almond flour

115g cream cheese at room temperature

4 large eggs

1 tablespoon lemon zest

Butter for frying and serving

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together to form a batter 2: melt some butter on a medium heat, then pour enough batter for whatever size pancake you’d like and cook for about two mins, then flip and cook for another two until golden brown 3: serve with some keto jam, cream or butter and enjoy!
