INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Almond flour
- ½ cup Low carb sugar-free peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 3 ounce Cream cheese softened
- 2-3 tablespoon Salted or unsalted peanuts
- Candy bar silicone mold
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, peanut butter, vanilla extract and Swerve sweetener. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Add the cream cheese to the peanut butter mixture, and blend on high until smooth.
- Place a few peanuts in the bottom of each section of a silicone candy bar mold.
- Fill each section of the mold with the peanut butter mixture, and pack it in well.
- Press some peanuts into the top of each candy bar.
- Place the bars into the freezer to set for at least 30 minutes before serving.
