INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • ½ cup Low carb sugar-free peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 3 ounce Cream cheese softened
  • 2-3 tablespoon Salted or unsalted peanuts
  • Candy bar silicone mold

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, peanut butter, vanilla extract and Swerve sweetener. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Add the cream cheese to the peanut butter mixture, and blend on high until smooth.
  • Place a few peanuts in the bottom of each section of a silicone candy bar mold.
  • Fill each section of the mold with the peanut butter mixture, and pack it in well.
  • Press some peanuts into the top of each candy bar.
  • Place the bars into the freezer to set for at least 30 minutes before serving.
