Keto Salad Bowl

This Keto Salad Bowl is the perfect healthy lunch! Tender chicken is paired with greens, vegetables and ranch inside of a delicious chaffle bowl! Enjoy this keto meal at only 2.9 net carbs!

Ingredients

For the Chaffle Bowl:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (any variety or texture)
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

For the Keto Salad Bowl:

  • 1 chaffle bowl
  • 1/3 cup salad greens
  • 1/4 cup sliced grilled chicken
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped tomato
  • 1 tablespoon chopped bacon
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your chaffle bowl. Combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Preheat a waffle bowl maker and spray with oil. Add two tablespoons of batter to the waffle bowl maker (do not overfill) and cook for 3-4 minutes or until there is no longer steam coming from the waffle maker. This recipe makes eight chaffle bowls
  2. Layer your greens, chicken, tomato, bacon , ranch dressing and add salt and pepper.
