Keto Club Sandwich Recipe:


  • 4 large lettuce leaves (such as iceberg or romaine)
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon
  • 8 slices of roasted turkey or chicken breast
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 slices of avocado


  1. Lay two lettuce leaves on a flat surface, slightly overlapping each other.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each lettuce leaf.
  3. Place 2 slices of bacon, 2 slices of turkey or chicken breast, 1 slice of Swiss cheese, 1 slice of tomato, and 1 slice of avocado on one of the lettuce leaves.
  4. Top with the other lettuce leaf.
  5. Repeat steps 1-4 to make a second sandwich.
  6. Cut each sandwich diagonally into halves.
  7. Secure each half with toothpicks to hold them together.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
