INGREDIENTS  

  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1.5 cup Almond Flour
  • ½ cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Rosemary, crushed
  • 1 Egg

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Melt mozzarella over a double boiler. Take out of the heat and whisk in egg until well blended.
  • Add all remaining ingredients to the bowl. Stir and knead into a smooth dough.
  • Wrap the dough in parchment and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Take the dough and roll into a smooth ball.
  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes at 375F.
